Grandview 721 Waterfront King River View

Grandview #721 - Enjoy a romantic escape in a King Suite room.  Snuggle up in front of the fire, enjoy the view on your private balcony, or relax in the jetted tub built for two.  This room features a king bed, comfortable chair, wet bar and river view.

The GrandView on the Lake is one of the most sought-after waterfront condo hotels Chelan has to offer.  This Lake Chelan luxury condo is located near all major Chelan vacation attractions and the Historic downtown main street.  The ideal location for business travel, weekend and week-long get-aways, and event lodging.  Walk to dinner, wine tasting, recreation, live music and more! Come Experience the GrandView on the Lake!

Pool is seasonal and weather dependent. We try to have it open early May to early October but dates may vary based on weather.

Upon arrival you will be required to register all guests and cars as well as sign a registration form. If you are under the age of 25 at the time of your reservation, you will also be required to sign a liability form agreeing to our underage policy. Both forms state that any noise complaints, mischievous activity, disrespect of staff and/or other guests or not following property rules will result in immediate eviction with zero refund.

Lake access varies depending on the season, the lake is generally high enough to access starting mid-June and starts to drain around October. There is year-round beach access 200' from the property at the Ranger Station

The room is quite compact. The bed is great. The jetted bathtub next to the bed needs to go. It's a huge waste of space. Location to town is awesome.

Lake Getaway

Our stay at the Grandview was perfect. The room was clean and comfortable. The view of the lake was beautiful and we really enjoyed the jet tub. We would definitely stay again as it was very affordable.

Great location, view, but dated, and pool not appealing

Check in staff were pretty unmotivated and not very helpful. The layout is unusual, with multiple buildings and the staff didn't explain clearly how to get to our unit. The unit itself had a nice view and the tub was a great feature. Bathroom and the buildings themselves are dated back to the 60s and need some remodeling. The pool was overrun by noisy kids and lounge chairs also felt like they were there since the 50s so we didnt feel comfortable using it. My gripe is finally regarding cleaning fees - not sure why we have to take out all the trash and wash dishes since we are oaying these fees already

Room was filled with little bugs / all over ceiling and the comforter on bed full of dead ones . Something was wrong with electrical in pool so it was very cloudy and dirty , we didn’t even get in it . I reported bugs a couple times and still haven’t received a response . We have been staying here for years and never had a bad stay . Disappointed with the resort overall , seems like it’s going down hill , there’s not much up keep

Grandview - Chelan

Lovely accommodations! Nice room with balcony on/over the lake. Room was neat and tidy and recently updated. Comfy king size bed, mini fridge, microwave and tv. Room has a large jacuzzi tub, not something we were interested in using. It takes up a good portion of floor space in the unit. East facing, which was nice, up with the sun, but room was in shade late afternoon and early evening.
