I grew up near Chelan but I’ve never stayed here. I loved how close it was to everything so we could just walk to stores. Management was friendly and our room was well cleaned. They even offer breakfast. I split the biscuit and gravy box with my boyfriend and it was amazing ! Overall a great experience

Higher cost for what you get. Not enough hot water to take a shower. No table inside, cheap and small bed stands., but did have plug ins on them. Bed was comfortable and had large TV. Small and crowded. Little bit disappointed for the cost. Was wondering if we got off-season prices?? If we did that’s way too high.

The staff here were amazing. Super friendly and helpful. Had absolutely no issues here whatsoever. They even had their own little cafe out the front that you can order from in the morning great breakfast and coffee. Thank you for the great stay Michelle and Minda.

The price per night was reasonable for the offseason. The room was warm and comfortable for the size. Could have used brighter light over the mirror for makeup and dressing but not a problem. I appreciate the long mirror as well. Shower pressure was good. Parking was close and secure. Overall will totally stay again.

Virtual check in was seamless. All information was correct. Location is a few blocks from main shopping and dining area in city of Chelan. Best to ask for a room away from the main street just because of traffic sounds when outside the building. Would certainly consider staying here again if we returned to Chelan.

I was only here one night. Minda was waiting for me to arrive so check in was easy and communication beforehand was excellent. The hotel is very close to town and it was nice to walk to dinner. My room with 2 queen beds (I think that was the only one available) faced the street. I enjoyed the chairs just outside the room! The street is busy but the noise was blocked by sidewalk cafe building. Everything inside was super clean and very welcoming. The bed was comfortable and the room nicely stocked. There’s also a fridge, microwave and coffee pot. The bathroom for this room, while immaculate, was small and the fan noisy. I came during a heat wave and was grateful for the a/c, though it, too, was noisy and I turned it off after it cooled down outside. I would love to stay here again if I come back to this area. Thank you for your hospitality!
