Chief Joseph Dam Tours and Activities

We arrived at 8pm and no one was there to check us in after a long day of traveling. Called the resort phone number but no answer. Called the 24/7 hotline but no answer. Finally after an hour, someone did answer the phone. I didnt know this was a self serve resort or I would have never booked it. When the desk person did show up, not helpful at all. Didnt apologize and hid behind the counter. The rooms had bugs and the TV froze about every 3 minutes. Save your money and go somewhere else.

We were in the penthouse and it was fabulous!

From the moment we came the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Our room was clean and very roomy for us and our 2 dogs. They were very dog friendly. We will be sure to come back for another stay.
