Perfect for a late night arrival and a morning departure. Within 10 min walk of Terminal 1 & 2 (it's between them) using a covered indoor heated walkway. (I did have to ask someone where it was.) Inside the hotel everything is clean, bright, and modern, and the room amenities are great. Unfortunately the CNN channel on the TV didn't play but that's likely a censorship issue. The Chinese channels all worked. Breakfast was also very good. I'd stay there again. Helpful staff and guests can use...

Love the convenient of a regular airport shuttle to and from the airport where we were able to catch the metro/subway and ride the MagLev train.
The hotel was also within walking distance to Shanghai Metro Line 2, which made it super convenient and easy to get to any where in Shanghai especially to Nanjing Rd (downtown Shanghai on the West side).
The staff speak English (we've checked out a few other hotels in Shanghai and not all of...

My wife and I are both travel advisors - any of our clients looking to visit Shanghai will be strongly recommended to stay at this property. Location, location, location! Close to the Bund, subway, and an excellent Didi pickup point. Property is clean, well managed, modern, fantastic included laundry and the breakfast was perfect. We can’t say enough about the property! (Except get a better ice maker please?)
