Clean and good sized room, very comfortable bed. Breakfast spread was not the biggest but decent, even though it’s the exact same items for both mornings we were there. Was stuck inside the bathroom due to faulty door mechanism but the team reacted swiftly and professionally, and excellent service recovery from the team. No paid a high price for the room. I felt like I was in a cheap Chinese motel. They had trays of toothbrushes at reception as there were ZERO amenities in the room. The bed was hard as a rock! The restaurant all Chinese dishes, staff didn’t speak English -!: gave me wrong directions to a site. CHAR was terrible! The map showed that the hotel is located next to the park, at the junction of FuYou Road and Renmin Road, and it turns out the hotel is actually located ZhongShan Road and Dongmen Road. Being said that, the location is still good as it is at the side of the River.
