"Reception staff was nice but the check out guy acted like he would rather be elsewhere. The room was not that clean. There was a sticky drip on the desk and floor ( drink spill ) and greasy hand marks on the wall. The beds were comfortable and parking was easy. The breakfast staff was friendly but the food was really bad. "

"Pool was never open during the day weekdays and the one free afternoon was Saturday to find they had just treated the pool right after lunch and it was closed for the rest of the day till closing at 9pm. Only hot tub was open. No forewarning! Tires on luggage carts were all but one cart filled with the right amount of air. Very hard to push when loaded. For this franchise of hotels very disappointed!!! Will not return or recommend. "

"Le personnel de l’hôtel et du restaurant est sympathique et professionnel. La chambre était grande et propre, par contre elle n’était pas très ergonomique et la salle de bain était minuscule. Nous étions dans le bâtiment principal.Je crois que l’autre bâtiment est plus moderne et les chambres mieux configurées. Les installations aquatiques intérieurs de l’hôtel pourraient être modernisés à mon avis. Pour conclure, on a eu un très beau séjour."
