Quick check-in and a simple, no-frills stay that had everything we needed for an overnight stop. The decor is rustic, but the room was clean and had all the basic essentials—comfortable bed, TV, towels, soap and shampoo, plus parking. The location was very convenient and close to the highway, making it a great option for a quick overnight stay while travelling.

I struggled to grasp the agreement’s terms, which include $500 in holding money within fine print I could not examine. I feel uneasy about staying there. Only the front desk is notable, since the staff member there is quite kind. Please find a word that I did not stay there that night.

The location, lobby and building exterior are grim. The room itself was clean. The bed, super comfy. But road traffic passing right outside the room made a good night’s sleep difficult. As a solo woman traveller safety is not up to snuff. Moreover the unexpected demand for a $500 deposit suggests this property’s clientele have been reckless in the past. All in all it was a sketchy experience.

We stayed here for one night during a road trip. The location was great and easy to find. Check in was easy, and the staff member was kind and helpful. The room itself was a bit disappointing. I will say, for the price and purpose of my stay it was okay-the bed was comfortable but the pillows were not great. I had my own so I was fine. The room had potential but the level of cleanliness is why I couldn’t give it five stars. Nothing was dirty to the point I felt unsafe staying, but for example, the framing for the AC unit was missing with the insulation exposed and there was drywall dust all over the floorboard. There was a greasy handprint on the wall, and a bit of visible mould on the bottom of the shower curtain. The toilet paper was unraveled when we arrived-not a big deal but a nice little tuck and fold goes a long way to make it feel like someone else hasn’t used your washroom. The water pressure in the shower was excellent and the water was hot so that was nice after a long day of travel. I paid $125 total for the room which was cheaper than most places, so for the price I guess it is what it is, but these are some things the owners could attend to to make the rooms/experience a bit nicer.
