Our stay at Sofitel Montreal Golden Mile was truly exceptional. My wife and I visited Montreal to kick off the celebration of our 25th wedding anniversary, and the team at Sofitel helped make the weekend incredibly special. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. There is clearly a strong culture of service throughout this hotel—you don’t simply feel like a guest; you feel welcomed. A special thank you to Michael and Jacque at the valet. They were professional, personable, easy-going, and always willing to help with anything we needed. More importantly, they went beyond simply providing great service. They made a genuine connection with us. By the time we left Montreal, I honestly felt like I was saying goodbye to two friends. Great hospitality comes from great people, strong leadership, and a culture that empowers employees to genuinely care for their guests. That was evident throughout our stay.
