« If you are looking for peace and quiet this is your place. Waking up and going to sleep with a view of a lifetime is perfect. My teenager loved the loft bed and tv area upstairs. Although we couldn’t use the fireplace it was okay because with the heated floors it was so so toasty in there! Drive to Salida in 45 brek about 1.5 and 20 minutes from grocery and hot springs and horseback riding within 30 minutes. You don’t mind the drives because they are breathtaking! »

« We had such a lovely time at the cabin! We stayed Tuesday-Saturday in mid October. The cabin was very easy to find and just close enough to town, but not all the way in town. We really enjoyed the cool nights and seeing the stars from the hot tub. Loved the dvd collection and we watched some classics. We have a 4x4 vehicle so we were able to easily get to St. Elmo then do tin cup pass and Cumberland pass before getting back to the cabin in a day. We also did a day trip to Leadville to ride...

« Well maintained older Home and beautiful mountain location. They were not kidding about the Wi-Fi and we had to have someone come out and actually fix it before it would ever work. They were able to get it fixed within two or three days, however. Nice central location that allowed us to visit more places West and south in the state.
