Very nice staff, great food and drinks. Adored the room with swim out. Gym was limited, some equipment was out of service which was disappointing. Nice beach location.

Where do we even begin? The staff was incredible, food amazing, rooms amazing. Unforgettable experience at the beach club soaking up the sun all day and into the evening. 5 stars. Shout out to Edguardo, rodrigo, Jonathan, topa, manuel, (Chile I'll call her), and ALL STAFF. Security was on point. Heaven on earth! We will return next year

Stay away from this property. Check in took an hour, it was so disorganized and lines were extremely long. The same process is for check out. I saw a roach in the buffet area. Food is mid. And the building is not what it looks like in the photos.

Nice to stay at a resort where you don’t have to run down first thing in the morning to reserve your chairs, although some did. The food was just ok, not exceptional at any of their restaurants. Service, friendliness and staff were all exceptional.
