Elizabeth and staff were so accommodating and kind. The service was amazing. The room was clean and it was a nice location. You'll need a car but it's a 5-10 min drive to everything you want to see and it's very peaceful in the morning. It's small and there is no door to the bathroom so keep that in mind if there is more than 1 of you. The bed was not very comfortable but nothing a nice morning stretch on the rooftop didn't fix. I'd recommend Ronny's for solo travelers or couples. Sunsets were beautiful and the restaurant was tasty.

Incredible resort. Friendly staff across the board. Would definitely recommend staying here in La Fortuna with or with out kids. Loved the natural hot springs! Best massage hands down!

Staff were lovely and the hotel grounds were beautiful. Our lodge came with a jacuzzi and views to Arenal volcano. Unfortunately it was covered in thick wet mist for the 4 days we visited.
