Everyone at the hotel was kind and helpful, but the listing is a bit misleading. We expected a refrigerator in the room and there wasn't one. There was no cold water in the room either, though there was water available in the corridors, and it was very warm. We asked about an ice machine or a cooler, but they didn't have either.
The room was clean, though the curtain had some black spots on it. We also had some issues with the AC. My cousins and I are used to the desert heat, and the humidity was rough. Luckily, the staff fixed it, and we kept the AC on for our entire stay.
Breakfast was great, and the staff went out of their way to accommodate us.

Our stay was great overall! The hotel was nice, and we really enjoyed the spacious pool area. While the pool could use some upgrades, it was very large and never felt overly crowded. It’s also a great resort for families with kids.
The food was wonderful, and we really enjoyed the dining options. We had the all inclusive. The entertainment was okay, although the audio definitely needs some improvement.
Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely return. Unfortunately, the beach was closed during our stay due to hurricane season, so we’d love to come back another time to enjoy the beach and experience everything the resort has to offer!

The place overall is great! Only gripes are it's a bit of a slog to get a surfboard to the good spot, like 4 blocks of walking.
Also my room didn't have a microwave or toaster those items would have been appreciated!

It was important that we had a balcony. And the management took it upon themselves too allow my daughter and I to sign a release. And it was so wonderful we enjoyed our room at 413. The beds were very comfortable in the shower had a lot of pressure and the view was amazing pool and ocean. The staff in the restaurant were fantastic.
