"We had a very nice stay in Evanston, IL. Beautiful surrounding area with lots of small owned businesses and national chains. The entrance to hotel and parking are a bit difficult to maneuver. Same entrance and exit to garage parking and built with a steep entrance. Accessing parking garage with luggage carts is also difficult and can only be done from 1 level. Staff was friendly and professional throughout stay."

"Everything about this hotel was great! Location, cleanliness, friendly and professional staff, comfortable and spacious rooms, good water pressure and hygiene products, and a decent breakfast of many options. Coffee and hot water plus fresh fruit available all hours. We had a delay for several days from our flight so we called each day to let them know and they kept our room for us (we paid of course, but it was peak graduation season in Chicago and had we not we would have paid more than double to get a room elsewhere if we even could). I appreciate the staff who made our stay very pleasant."

"Location is perfect! You're within a 0.3 mile walk to the green line, 0.8 mile walk to the red line, Whole Foods, and great restaurants! Love the included parking and wifi, a huge value. We were warmly greeted during check-in and the staff was very kind. The place is very clean, everywhere! As many have said the motel is dated, but you really can't beat the value - good temperature control, hot water, clean linens, and great TV selection. My only complaint is the beds - they are horrible! A step above a cot on some old springs... an air mattress probably would've been better."

"Rooms were clean and staff was friendly. My son loved the pool and hot tub…it gave resort vibes. Ordered food at Bar Louie, the restaurant in the lobby. Food was great, however the service was slow. We would stay here again the next time we’re in Chicago."

"i loved everything about the property and the staff was very nice and helpful. the virtual check-in was different but still easy. very walkable, about 5 min to jarvis station to get downtown or to other areas! the hotel room and common areas were very clean as well. free parking was the cherry on top!"
