« This property is literally steps to the beach and across the street from a nice park. The house is cute, comfy, and well-equipped for a 5-night stay. My pooch loved the fenced in yard. We can't wait to go back! »

« Beautiful view of the beach and the pier. We were able to walk to anything that we needed; restaurants, bar, shopping, the beach. It was clean and stocked with all of the necessities. The balcony was our favorite hangout area. I drank my coffee on the balcony and just relaxed. The only negative would be that the balconies aren't completely private, you are very close to you neighbors, some with a small partition and some with no partition. »

« We missed the part where there are several sets of stairs to get into the property. Our dog was fine at the property. One bedroom is 18 stair steps down from the kitchen and main level. It had a ceil fan. Nice size room. The second bedroom on main level, still required several stairs to get to. Acess to that level from main door is 18 stair steps. « My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Pelican Place. The place has such a homey feel and we settled in nicely. You can hear some interaction from the attached unit but it was not intrusive. Check-in and out was a breeze. Kitchen is well stocked and the bed is comfortable. Pay attention to the hot water though - ooh, it is HOT. « This little cabin was perfect for my stay. Clean and comfortable with a great kitchen bathroom and bed. The sheets were memorable for being so soft. If you want to stay in Baywood you wont be disappointed. One more thing they followed up to make sure everything was ok which I appreciated. »
