The balcony was our favorite hangout area. I drank my coffee on the balcony and just relaxed. The only negative would be that the balconies aren't completely private, you are very close to you neighbors, some with a small partition and some with no partition. "

"We missed the part where there are several sets of stairs to get into the property. Our dog was fine at the property. One bedroom is 18 stair steps down from the kitchen and main level. It had a ceil fan. Nice size room. The second bedroom on main level, still required several stairs to get to. Acess to that level from main door is 18 stair steps. No AC in a heatwave was uncomfortable as the townhouse not bungalow reached 85 degrees. No screen on the exterior door made it different with our...
