The bed was comfortable and the water pressure was good. Everything, as expected for the area, was older and not kept up as well as it should be. You could hear everything from outside and the rooms nearby, but luckily it's at the end, closer to the water, so there is less noise than other areas may have. The owner was sweet and takes great care of the plants and courtyard area. I love how easy he made late check-in. It is walking distance from food, shopping, and charters for fishing. Unfortunately late at night there were very loud people drinking in the parking lot, and because it's a dog friendly place there was some additional noise from dogs.
