Please note: the bungalows do not have air conditioning, but the coastal breeze and ceiling fans keep interiors comfortable year-round. The nearest laundromat is Laundraland, located at 489 S Ocean Ave., Cayucos. Parking Details: \- Parking is located at the back of the building and is available on a first-come, first-served basis. \- Street parking is also available on a first-come, first-served basis. This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees. There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. There is no A/C in the unit and even though it’s on the coast it gets warm in the unit, ceiling fans would definitely help. The appliances are outdated, old style coffee pot, old low end fridge, coil style stove ect. Our fridge was leaking water into the unit below us and they had to send a plumber in to cap it off while we were there, by the look of the floor under it, it’s been that way for a while. The beds are decent, but could be better, water pressure in the shower was weak and super slow to heat. So in summary this place has so much potential to be outstanding, location is perfect with great views and the layout is good but we really expected better. ##### Michael V.
