the resort was beautiful. loved the pool the kitchen was very nice .very clean. Eiden was very nice and helpful...activity director Karen was awsome and very helpful . making sure all our activities were set up. due to mother nature the beach was not available but there were other beaches near by. karen booked us a tour to check out the Mayan ruins and cave tubing with lunch included. we had an awsome time.....Eddy and Mike {tour guides} were really cool and made sure everyone was comfortable and was having a great time ,they also were very knowledgeable

We were the only guests on the property which we found to be odd. You couldn’t eat outside or sit on the beach because of the insects. On the positive side, the staff was outstanding, and tended to our every need. The snorkeling was spectacular and the best we’ve ever experienced. Our guide and captain the best.

Belize Reef Escape at St Georges Caye offers an unforgettable island getaway with some of the most breathtaking views of Belize’s famous blue waters. The resort’s location is ideal for anyone seeking relaxation and natural beauty—every sunrise and sunset is picture-perfect. One of the highlights of our stay was the incredible Belizean food, lovingly prepared by Yoli. Every meal was a treat, featuring local flavors and fresh ingredients. The rooms were clean and provided a comfortable, peaceful environment, perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure. The staff at Belize Reef Escape were exceptionally attentive, always ready to help and ensure a wonderful experience. Excursions organized by the resort were a blast—snorkeling, kayaking, island hopping, and more. We highly recommend asking for Jay when booking excursions; he brings so much energy and fun to every trip, making each outing memorable. It’s worth noting that there aren’t sandy beaches at the resort or on the island, but the clear blue waters, laying in the hammocks and reading our books and the amazing excursions more than make up for it. We did have some issues with the hot water in our room, but this may have been user error, and the staff was quick to address it. I’m confident it’s no longer an issue. Overall, Belize Reef Escape on St Georges Caye is a fantastic destination for anyone looking for relaxation and authentic Belizean hospitality. The property was a gem! It had everything we could have hoped for: delicious meals, drinks and food poolside, two beautiful pools, turn down service in the evening as well as housekeeping in the morning. The staff was so considerate and made a point to know our names. We rented golf carts and went to dinner one night in a nearby resort. The fitness center was top of the line and we enjoyed having it available to use each morning. The excursions director was great, and we enjoyed snorkeling (amazing) and fly fishing with a guide (also amazing). The bar on the property was a fun change of scenery and were able to eat there a couple times as well. This was a lovely facility and would definitely recommend.
