"Definitely a great view! Your able to ride around town with the cart that comes with it. No Netflix, no good channels to do a movie night in December. Needs a deep clean. We found a mask under the bed and spider cobs around the home. Love how they have extra blankets everywhere. Will still come back :)"

Vons is just a block away and the board walk just a couple more blocks. The owner Amy is congenial and helpful. For the cost we believe it's the best deal in town."

"My family traveled to Catalina on the tail end of a long vacation. The charm of this house is one of a kind and the location was absolutely perfect! We did not cook but if we did it had everything needed to do so. The beds were so comfortable with grey linens and warm blankets. We relaxed in the evenings watching tv in the living room after fun filled adventures on the island. I’ve already began planning our next stay, hoping it’s available."

Everything about this property was EXCELLENT! The Golf Cart is a definite bonus! The only downer was that there was excess amount of long Blonde Hair on the bed. My wife is a Brunette… Housekeeping needs to do a better job of cleaning! I’m a planner and I reached out to our Host Chela Hernandez multiple times via email...

"We stayed 4 nights. The view from patio was the best. Kitchen is well stocked and top of the line appliances. Lots of space for families/couples. TV upstairs and downstairs is great for families with kids. Short walk to downtown area. Up hill walk home but definitely worth the view."

"We had a very nice stay at this property. Overall, the house was perfectly situated to see the bay and lights of Avalon at night. We took advantage of the beautiful kitchen with well-stocked cooking implements. The golf cart is a must on the island - we took long drives around town and into the mountains. The only issue we encountered when checking in was the sticky lockbox - three people tried to unlock the lockbox but the lever was stuck. This may have been due to the light rain. Fortunately,...

"Fantastic week in Avalon! Loved "living in the neighborhood." Neighbors were very friendly and welcoming from the very beginning - not just after they realized we were quiet and respectful guests. Loved the outdoor living spaces with incredible views. Jetted tub in bay window looking at the ocean didn't hurt either. =) No problems whatsoever and owner responded immediately to all my questions. Certainly hope to return to Catalina Island someday and would definitely rent this property again....
