The Atwater has a good location, right in the center of town. Walking distance to most restaurants and shops. The beds were comfortable, but the rooms are very small. I feel that the hotel is over-priced, but so are many others in Catalina.

The hotel is perfect distance from everything right in the center. Beautiful clean property with very friendly staff and very helpful. The room was very clean, cozy and mostly comfortable. Definitely will be coming back again.

The hotel was okay. Clean and staff were nice and friendly. One thing my husband and I were not too happy with was the mattress. We both woke up with back pain. The middle of the mattress was completely sunken in and for the price we paid we thought that wouldn’t even be an issue
