"Bad: No phone in the room, so you need to go down to get any hotel staff service. staff did not clean out throughout the trip since first day they just missed it out, only gave fresh towels, next day, they skipped since there were personal belongings on the counter. Even then you are supposed to replenish toiletries, do basic clean up. Too bad. Probably did not have enough staff for week nights. Pool wasn’t being cleaned, even though the water was clear, there were a lot of insects in it. Good: transportation was good, anytime we needed golf cart to drop or pick us up, they were ready. Breakfast was basic motel 6 style but on weekends they had live omelette station. So may be better experience if you stay over weekend"
