"Gave me a room that smelled like bleach at first which I could not stand. Changed to another room that had a strong perfume smell almost like someone just sprayed it. Requested another room. The 3rd room didn’t smell but had an unclean undertone. Meaning that every surface had a film on slime on top it. It was not relaxing at all and frankly cannot recommend this place. I must say that this had been one of the worst experiences from just sanitary standpoint. I would not expect to find this in Orange County. I highly recommend to the staff to thoroughly check and clean each room and surface and so forth located on property."

"Our room overlooked a main road and it was so busy and noisy we could not open the windows, contacted reception on day 1 of our 5 day stay only to be told they don’t move rooms because of these reasons, we have two small children and wanted a nice peaceful break. Avoid in my opinion"
