I called and texted the numbers I had and it took over an hour to have someone come and change the battery. Gary was great and I appreciate him coming to help. He also was able to provide us with the code needed for the gate and the door to the unit. « Loved the white bedding, blanket and coverlet that reminded me of Marriott/Bonvoy beds- both Master Queen bed and the Queen/Full bed (bottom bunk) were really comfortable! Other rentals will definitely be compared to these beds! Plenty of pillows but we brought our own. « Was not pleased at all. YES it's in a really good spot. Quick walk to the beach, lots of restaurants, shopping.. But the listing states it's a *non smoking* condo apartment, and the cigarette smell hit you like a brick wall when you walked in the room. We stayed the first night due to no availability elsewhere at 11:30 at night when we arrived, but we quickly booked a hotel for the next night. We didn't bring anything upstairs except our toothbrushes, chargers, and the clothes we were wearing....
