It was really good.

The chef closed down the restaurant an hour and a half after opening and had an attitude when asked about it. Even the waitresses were confused about why they were shut down. Other than that it’s a great place. Rooms were nice and spacious, the staff were very friendly, and it has direct access to the beach.

I don’t normally leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience. Before booking, I specifically chose this hotel because the room was advertised as having a partial ocean view. While there is technically a small glimpse of the ocean, you have to turn your head to a very specific angle to see it. The actual view from the room is overwhelmingly a parking lot. The photos and description on Expedia gave a very different impression, and I felt they were misleading. Parking was another frustrating issue. On two separate occasions, there were no available parking spaces for hotel guests, forcing me to park in the public beach access lot next door. I also observed people parking in the hotel lot after coming from the beach and leaving without entering the hotel, which made it seem like guest parking was not being monitored. Housekeeping was also disappointing. When I requested clean bed sheets, I was told they would not be changed until after the weekend. For the price guests pay to stay here, I don’t believe that’s acceptable. The mattress was uncomfortable enough that I woke up with back pain, and even the toilet paper provided was extremely poor quality. What disappointed me the most, however, was the lack of customer service. I sent an email to management during my stay to express my concerns. After receiving no response, I sent a second follow-up email. As of today, I have still not received so much as an acknowledgment. Breakfast 2/10

Staff members were friendly but short on employees. Our room was not ready after showing up 45 minutes after standard check in time. The toilet paper holder in room was broken along with shower knob that controls water temp completely fell off. The WiFi connection went out for over 2 hrs resulting in our family not being able to watch television out use electronic devices. The indoor pool had children’s food floating in bottom as well as by the filter opening for several nights. The restaurant also had inconsistent hours and first night of staying someone called in sick resulting in the restaurant not being open.

The condo is overlooking the beach and a has a great view. The nice thing is that you get two free chairs with an umbrella with your stay.
