« We very much enjoyed our stay. We came to the wharf for a concert this weekend and location was ideal. We took in the lazy river pool one afternoon and enjoyed it very much. It’s kind of the off season and had the facilities largely on our own. The condo was very accommodating for our needs. »

« My stay was very nice and a complete change from stats in past. I can really tell that a corporation has custody over everything. I ate at all the restaurants on site and have to say that I believe the menu is tired at Latitude 30 and is dire need for revamping. I ordered the Pork Chop (Medium), Beans and Mashed Potatoes and water for beverage. When it came to the table, my chop was a bit undercooked, the beans were warm but bland and the mashed potatoes were cold and clumpy. My guest ordered...

« Beautiful beach front room. This room was beautiful and the master bed so comfortable. The balcony faces the ocean and the building has staggered architecture to enable unobstructed views. The pools and hot tub were very relaxing and the gym was perfect for vacation workouts. The beach was easy to reach and accessible for quick visits for sunsets or all day sun and sand fun. »
