"The air conditioning leaked the entire stay, water literally dripping constantly on the floor, toilet continued to get stopped up, water in shower/tub took a very very long time to drain and the faucet near sink was barely attached to the wall. At check in the service desk didn't explain my total for payment, I booked through expedia and my total was different than when booked through expedia. when I asked why all she kept saying was how did I know my total that was due.. She did not explain that it was a security deposit, did not give us any info. when I went to call front desk about toilet issues, the phone is just there for show and not even plugged into wall. "

"The room was clean. The beds were comfortable. It was quiet. It did not have a fitness room. It was full of matresses piled to the ceiling.It was not a hot breakfast buffet as advertised. There were not plugs for sink or tub.The tub was slick.The man at check in was helpful & friendly. The breakfast attendant was not friendly."

"Overall, the room was decent and somewhat comfortable, but the property was super filthy garbage everywhere smelled like smoke. Breakfast was absolutely horrible over half the time there was nothing even out there to eat for an extra $140 bucks. I would’ve stayed around the corner at the real best Western. This spin off is a joke. "
