The floor-plan is great with the large gathering area in the center and instant unobstructed views of the beach right from the main road entry. The bedrooms are arranged in a unique pattern that make each feel private. I liked that the hallway with the shared bath and the back king BR are on the side rather than at the doorway. Having 4 baths is a luxury. The boardwalk to the beach over the dunes and all the wood decking and large picnic table are immaculate. Heating and cooling worked perfectly. Sunsets are colorful and visible from the house. The hosts are helpful, kind, and replied to questions quickly."
