Great location when visiting the RiNo district.

Hotel was nice and clean. Staff was friendly and professional. Will stay again.

I was disappointed at check-in. We arrived at 3:00pm. Upon arrival I was told the our room was not ready, yet the family members we traveled with were checked in immediately. The clerk stated that check-in was at 4:00pm, she took my phone number and stated we would be contacted when the room was ready. We remained in the lobby area waiting for our room. What I found interesting was that at least 6 parties arrived and were provided check-in. After seeing this, I inquired twice about the status of our room and each time was told our room was not ready. Just prior to 4:00pm I again inquired about the status of our room and at that time was allowed to check in. After checking in and arriving at our room I received a text at 4:02pm stating our room was ready! The check-in process definitely was discouraging! Upon check-in we were told our room was upgraded due to our waiting. As feedback the room was not that impressive. We travel to Denver routinely and most likely will look at our options in the future.

The room was clean and lots of amenities. But the most important one, the bed, was very hard and uncomfortable. It took forever to check in. After standing around in a weirdly cramped lobby, someone finally (reluctantly) came to help the poor overworked young woman checking people in. It took us about 1/2 hour to get through check in. If staying, get a room on the north or east side. We were on the 12th floor on the west side and the noise from the street below kept waking me up most of the night.
