"For the price, this place was not worth it at all. When I asked for help connecting to the TV, I didn’t get a clear answer—just “use whatever is on the TV or connect an HDMI cable,” which wasn’t helpful. Overall, I wouldn’t stay here again. Honestly, the Motel 6 up the street is in better condition for a fraction of the price. "

Also the location of this Motel 6 is particularly nice and within a short walk to restaurants and shopping and on a well manicured street, There are also plenty of areas to walk your dog if bringing one. "The hotel itself was clean and the beds were comfortable. We had a room on the first floor, and it was nice that there was a wall around the patios for security/privacy since the beach is right there. The location can’t be beat as it is right on the beach with some great restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast was just Costco pastries and oatmeal, but we supplemented with yogurt and fruit we brought with us. My only complaint is that the internet is awful - wouldn’t matter if I was just trying to plan on my phone, but their tv service is internet based, so we couldn’t watch anything in the evenings. "

"Swear the valet guys were the best ever. So so helpful. We are a family of 4 and drove with a packed car. The pool was great. The location was so nice. It was great to have a Cali trip and not be in San Diego. The beach wasn’t crowded and the free rentals gave the kids surf board time"
