Clean room, great location, close to pier, but also other funky neighborhoods in Ventura, walking distance to the mission… I ended up staying a second night because it was in such a great spot. Staff was very friendly, the Motel itself is old, but it was very clean and parking was very convenient. Room was clean but there was too many people who permanently rent rooms there. So parking lot wasnt safe. Noisy at times. And its funny but there was no cold water in the shower. It went from hot, to boiling, to scolding. Not a complaint per say but funny.
