I would not recommend this hotel. There were bloodstains on the bottom sheet of my bed. (I brought my own bed-liner, thank goodness)
Also, they charged a $100 fee for early check in. I stayed here because I was attending a convention three blocks away. I requested an early check when I booked the reservation since I was traveling on a red eye from the West Coast. The $100 fee was exorbitant and made to rethink ever staying at another Wyndham.

The hotel was clean, but the inside staff wasn't very helpful. The check in was at 4pm, which was pretty late as we spent the whole day trying to figure out things to do to keep busy right from the airport. The concierge said that if we wanted to check in an hour earlier that we would have to pay $100.
It took forever for our bags to be brought up to our room when we checked in. When I went downstairs to check on where the bags were, there was confusion as to where they were—It was a mess. The supervisor eventually brought up the bags himself and couldn't explain the cause for the mix up. This caused me to go late to my appointment as my things were in the bags. I also wasn't impressed that there was a charge for everything, almost nothing was complimentary. I understand that it's a luxury hotel, but paying $65/night for parking after paying hundreds on just the hotel room is ridiculous. The only good thing about the hotel was that it was clean, the valet staff was professional, friendly, and helpful and that the location was a 3 min walk from the venue where I needed to be later that evening.
