"The property needs updating. Our room carpet was dirty and smelled. The refrigerator too small and was cool not cold. TV needs to have more channels. The staff was kind and professional. Location is perfect. "

"The location was great. However, when we got to the hotel, our room wasn’t really fully cleaned. There was still dirt on the floor - didn’t appear it had been swept up. We asked for additional towels and they forgot about us - we had to call and remind them over an hour later and they still didn’t bring the amount requested. They didn’t do turndown service on their posted schedule, so we had to call for more towels again because we thought they were coming that day. The breakfast ended pretty early, but the food quality was pretty good. The parking spaces are incredibly small/tight, and the other guests frequently park over the lines so it is really impossible to park when the hotel is busy. I’d probably try somewhere else next time."

"great stay! new and clean facilities, welcoming staff and heated pool. enjoyed the “coffee table books” and all the comfortable seating in the lobby. good variety for breakfast. con: not the most attractive location surrounding the hotel (a little more industrial) but still very accessible (short drive) to a lot of desirable areas/destinations. but this was greatly outweighed by all the things we loved about the hotel. would gladly stay again."

"Not enough towels in the room or at the pool area; pool was murky (could not see the bottom - I have pictures) and pool filter was brown; construction trash was stacked at the end of the hall; brown gunk on top of bathroom mirror frame hasn't been cleaned in months (I have a video); laundry room was messy. I didn't feel the room was worth the price. The best thing was the breakfast! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO MY FRIENDS. "
