Cartagena Vacation Packages

Our family used this as our last night stop close to the airport (LIR). It was just a key code to access the property with simple instructions to follow. The property was secure and private. Everything was new and very clean. Since we were traveling it was so nice they provided bathroom amenities, washer and dryer and full kitchen. The shower at this place was amazing and very relaxing. The best part was being given access to the beach club (5 min drive or 20 min walk). We went there and spent time at the beach and swimming in the pool. They offered outdoor showers, rentals of surf/boogie boards lounge chairs, etc.The pool was warm so my kids swam for hours. The offered drinks and a full menu. The staff was very friendly. Overall it was a great location and great stay.

The rooms are beautiful & the view is incredible. Staff is friendly, helpful & welcoming. The restaurant was outstanding. They made us feel very special. We will definitely return to Suitree. Next time we will stay longer.

Beautiful views, wonderful staff. Very accommodating, polite and helpful staff. The evening fire show was fantastic, most romantic stay we’ve ever had.

The staff and food were great! It’s a beautiful property with a great selection of restaurants and activities. It’s due for a remodel which we heard is happening this year. We do wish that the beach belonged to the resort. You have beach access, but are met with lots of non resort vendors selling local goods including illegal things. That was a big turn off and I wish the resort could do something about it. Even my teenage son was offered stuff. Besides that, it was a memorable vacation and we will consider the Riu resorts in the future.

I would not stay here again. They did a horrible job with out room after reports of ants infestation and no English channels on the television. They waited 2 days to change my room. Staff was not helpful at all. The food was horrible. The steakhouse was not good. I would not recommend this place to stay in costa rica. However our non alcoholic drinks was made to perfection by the female bartender who knew us by name.
