"We had an incredible stay at the Riu Palace Paradise Island from July 29 to August 3.
We had previously stayed here before the 2017 renovation, and we were excited to come back and see the transformation. The renovation was spectacular and completely elevated the resort. The rooms are modern, the common areas are beautiful, and the entire property feels fresh, elegant, and well maintained.
One of the highlights of our trip was the staff. Every team member we encountered was welcoming, friendly, and genuinely happy to help. Their hospitality made us feel appreciated throughout our stay and added so much to the overall experience.
The food was outstanding. Every restaurant offered excellent quality and variety, but the Japanese themed restaurant was our favourite. The atmosphere, presentation, and flavours were exceptional, and it quickly became the meal we looked forward to the most.
In the evenings, we spent a lot of time at the Calypso Bar. It has a fantastic atmosphere, great drinks, and excellent nightly entertainment that kept everyone engaged. It was the perfect place to relax after dinner and enjoy the lively energy of the resort.
Overall, this was an outstanding vacation. The beautiful renovations, exceptional staff, delicious dining options, and fun entertainment made this one of our favourite all inclusive experiences. We will definitely be returning and highly recommend the Riu Palace"
