« We were a party of 5 and there was more than enough space for everyone. We all had our own bed which was a plus. The location was pretty central to everywhere we wantes to be. In town for a conference at the convention center which was about a 10 minute drive. Its alot of stairs if tou have lots of luggge. While we were in D.C. the weather was in the 90s which cause thed upstairs bedrooms to be very hot. They never cooled down like we slept on top of the bedding. Other than the heat the place...

« Bright, modern penthouse in a great location. We really liked it. You get some city noise (e.g. ambulances) but that's to be expected given the location. Only 1.5 blocks to a Metro station so it's easy to get around if you want to save on Ubers. Cleanliness was "good" but not "perfect", hence the one star taken off. Definitely among the better properties even on cleanliness. Smooth check-in and check-out, and good responsiveness from the manager. I would stay there again. »

« I would rate this as one of the best experiences I’ve had. The property was easy to access, very clean, and provided everything needed for a comfortable stay. The host was exceptional and went above and beyond in every way. I arrived around 2:30 AM and was still able to communicate with him without any issues to access the property, which says a lot about his professionalism and care for his guests. I would absolutely recommend this place and would gladly stay here again. »

« The location is perfect - especially if you're attending a conference at the center (it's just a couple of blocks away).Check-in was seamless; the space was very clean; huge unit with three bedrooms, two living room areas, great kitchen, and two full bathrooms. Great for a group. Highly recommend. »

« We rented the castle which was 3 apartments. It was perfect for our large group. All three condos were spotless, the beds were comfortable and the shower was fantastic. Garth was very responsive and helpful. It was perfect for our gathering and we would be happy to rent again. »
