"We had a wonderful stay in Salida! The property was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was friendly, responsive, and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. It was a great home base for exploring town, hiking, and relaxing after a day outdoors. The home had everything we needed, including convenient laundry, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Salida!"

The tents were fabulous. Very clean and spacious. The fire pit outside was a great hit with the family as it got cold at night. The bathrooms and showers are only a 2 minute walk, and again very clean and spacious. Excellent experience.

We were hoping to visit the Colorado Springs area for several days and found this gem online. To be honest, it was mainly the price (and the excellent reviews) that attracted us. Although it was an hour away from Colorado Springs, we thought we'd give it a try. Are we ever grateful we did!! We still love the price, but now we have any number of other reasons to also recommend this place! First, is the staff. Joanne, Mike, and others were all exceptionally hospitable and helpful in every way....

We stayed in the Pee Wee Airstream for a different experience. It was cute and clean; nothing fancy, but we knew that when we booked. Communal bathroom was large and clean. a/C and heat in the trailer was great we were very comfortable. Overall if you’re looking for a basic accommodation in Salida at a reasonable price this is a good choice.
