"The check in details were not accurate, garbage was left , dirty dish clothes were in the kitchen, there was no hot water, none of the TV’s were operating. Thee was no laundry soap, used soap bars in the showers with empty shampoo and conditioner. One of the worst experience with Vrbo."

"Host was extremely accommodating. Communication was excellent. I made an error in booking and we worked it out very professionally. The room is very cozy. No tv (which is a plus for me, personally). Nice and spacious. Private bathroom was very clean and the bed was comfy. Perfect place for a one or two night stay. Neighborhood is a pretty nice place too!"

"Overall, the house & location suited our group well. Because we arrived late at night it would have been nice if a porch light was on for us for better visibility. Also having an instruction booklet so we’d know what to do with dishes, garbage etc….would have been helpful. But overall, everything worked for us."

"Other than a minor issue with the breaker panel, it was a quaint, quiet basement apartment with all the necessities I required (bed, shower, fridge, microwave.). The location is within ten minutes of the downtown core and great shopping at Square One Shopping Centre. The other tenants were quiet and respectful. "

They also provided us the best option to take a train into downtown which was easy and convenient. We would definitely stay here again when we return to Toronto!"

There was plenty of space for us to relax, and lots of room in the basement for the kids to play (we brought our own toys/games). The backyard is small but pleasant. Had the weather been better and warmer during our visit, it would have been great to eat outside. "I came to Guelph with my dog, who was scheduled for surgery at OVC (less than 10 minutes from the house). I found the home neat, well-appointed, and comfortable. Prior to her appointment, my pup and I enjoyed the amazing back yard, which had plenty of seating options and well-thought mature plantings.
