« I worked online on the first day. It was cold in the AM in the basement suite with no baseboard heaters or space heaters. I let management know and I think they cranked up the heat. By midday, the temp was fine.There was a weird smell (sewage?) that emerged on Sunday. I couldn't tell where it was coming from.They rent out the upstairs and I got woken up at 1:30am on Sat night by the guests.It was a cheap price so I think the price matched the quality. No frills, but it got the job done. »

« It was a great place to stay for the night! We went to a concert at Comminwealth and it was close to the venue, which was great since we ended up having to walk back after the concert due to not being able to get a cab or uber. It was clean and looked exactly like the photos. When we arrived we were able to park our car in the garage which was great. « Good location for shops and food nearby. Very clean and Char was great. She kept us informed and let us know we could reach her if need be but she didn’t hover. Excellent stay! »

« When I checked in , I used the toilet which came off its attachment. I notified the manager about it and he asked if I wanted to cancel , I should have taken him up on that. There was no towel rack, unfinished baseboards and an electrical cover that was missing making it unsafe according to housing standards. To make matters worse the manager billed me for damage that I had not done This is a basement unit that needs some work I dont recommend staying here! »

I got every confirmation email you can think of, payment requests, address day of, everything checked out until we showed up to check in and they said they double booked us both of nights! « Location and pet friendly were the most important to us. You can hear the people upstairs walking around but not real late at night past 11:00. The master bedroom has cellular shades that let light in. This time of year it was very light very early in the morning. Bring eye blinders so you can sleep in a bit.Kitchen has good supply of tools etc. »
