"This was a great place to stay for a fishing trip. Parking can be a bit challenging with 2 (20’+) boats but doable. Also had outside electrical outlets for charging batteries. We had everything we needed and were very pleased with the accommodations ."

"Close drive to Grider Hill (10 minutes). We even drove to Sunset Marina off Dale Hallow for a day(30 minutes). Close to town, a Dollar General was only 3 minutes down the road. Loved that the house was off the road and secluded. Easy entrace as well! Some minor things need fixed but over all it was a good location and clean place. We will be back!"

"Could use some updating and the plumbing sucks. Lol Toilet ran all night in primary bedroom and showers have low water pressure."

"Good place to stay if your boating out of Sunset marina Plenty of space for family and friends A couple doors were missing handles, that needs addressed,we had a little guy stuck in the bathroom. The shower area in the efficiency apartment needs some sort of lighting The projection tv was new to us from our previous stay and the kids loved it as well as the hot tub"

"Nicely decorated house conveniently located by an amazing lake. Everything was ready as promised. Views were beautiful and you must take a walk or drive behind house to see some breathtaking views of Dale Hollow. Definitely plan to stay here again!"

"The way they have the house & other building set up, is nice. You can be together as a group but still have your own space. Beds were not comfortable, suggest taking a mattress topper or something to cushion the beds some & the water pressure was extremely low but that could be from all the congestion in that area. I enjoyed the location, marina, swinging bridge, pizza place, & another restaurant within close range. Cute decor, nice deck & chiminea, take extra toilet paper & trash bags with you....
