They require a $100 deposit for your stay. They tried to take it twice from me at check in and double chagred me for my room. Spent 15 minutes going back and forth with the owner because of this. They tried blaming expedia. Cleanliness was subpar- blankets had stains, tub had hair in it. Floors had food crumbs. Little patio was nice. Water barely gets warm in the shower. Housekeeping staff was still cleaning rooms at 3 pm and had dirty linens thrown in the hallway floors. Hotel is non smoking but smelt heavily of cigarettes and weed. Staff cant control what guests do, but the hallways were very loud until about midnight with people slamming doors and yelling. Beds were extremely firm. Was supposed to stay 2 nights but dipped out early. Its outside of cookeville so traffic isnt bad, but you will hear sirens all night on I40\. Its a place to crash and you get what you pay for.
