Another free shuttle on property is available to get you up and down the mountain to access the pools, zip line, restaurant and water park. "We loved this property. Everything was just as listed. Jerry at the check in desk was very friendly and helpful. Our room was perfect for our family of 9. They was plenty of space and everything was clean. Perfect location too. We walked from our place to the strip in Gatlinburg. I would definitely book again!"

"The cabin was cute but the hot tub was a cold tub. Emailed the owner and didnt receive a timely response (1.5 days later and we stayed 3 night). I ended up spending some time to get it going, but unfortunate. We did have some encounters with rodents but its a cabin in the woods. Beautiful views and was cozy otherwise."
