With Lake Cumberland 5 minutes away via Cabell Landing/Sunset Landing, and Beaver Dock less than 10 minutes by boat, the cottage can be your base for all things fun at the lake. However, if its a retreat you seek, the cottage is also for you as it sits in a quiet, very pretty, rural area of Wayne County. Clean and we appreciated the supplies in the kitchen. We rented a transient boat slip at Rowena Marina and left our boat there. It’s about a 30 min drive from the cottage so that was convenient.
