"Breakfast was average at best but free so … you get what you get. I found a dead roach in the bathroom. The shower head was detached and making a weird clinking noise within 3 mins of use. The front desk attendee needs more hospitality training. I asked for the room for another night and her response was ‘well I’ll see what we can do because we are not doing extended check out hours today and we need to clean the room out.’ Then proceeds to whisper ‘this is a mess’ under her breath. Thank god for the additional kiosk virtual assistant! He saved the day with his professional insight and upbeat nature. "
