"If the property is under renovation, why do you let people book??? Horrible condition with paint smell, dirty bathrooms, lobby is full of dirt, and bagels felt like they were 100 years old. Please close this lication"

"South Austin has really evolved lately in this hotel is very close to shopping and has relatively easy access to downtown via a short drive. The staff was very nice and I appreciated the cleanliness of the facility.. The gym was OK but somewhat limited compared to other hotels. The breakfast was amazing and had many many options. The only downside to the stay or some other guests that seemed to be enjoying some inhaled substances and being loud, but that’s not really the hotel‘s fault."

"Room was adequate & bed was comfortable. The AC vent blew cold air towards bed which was uncomfortable. Awoke with a stiff neck ☹️There is a table with chairs though no couch in room. Bathroom was nice though having more than one towel per person would be nice. Hotel is situated in a quiet location. "

"The property was very clean and convenient to our plans. Plenty of parking. The main bedroom had a door, so someone could still watch tv or cook in kitchen and not disturb someone sleeping. The full size refrigerator was super. It was definitely better than the mini fridges in other hotels. I absolutely loved that there was a separate area to do my hair and makeup. Location: great access to Loop 1 to get to downtown. Grocery store was only 10 min away. Plenty of eateries in the area. "
