"Well equipped, very clean, new and comfortable! "

"Very comfortable, inviting stay at the Beachy Cape Coral getaway after a long journey from Minnesota, trying to get ahead of back to back Winter storms. So when we arrived at this beautiful home, it was such a beautiful place to rest and rejuvenate. Everything worked as advertised, we had no trouble connecting to wifi or the NFL playoff games when we arrived. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!"

"When we got there, we realized there was nkt a welcome packet or any directions on how to obtain the parking pass, so we had to check in with security everyday until we got one. The house itself looked good on the surface but we noticed that there was only a half roll of toilet paper, no dish soap or sponge, very minimal dishes, and the bathroom fan didnt work at all, and looked as if it had not been cleaned in a very long time. "We went in knowing the area is still rebuilding from not only hurricane Milton, but also from the one in 2022 (Ian). There were a few things in the home that needed attention and the owner was very accommodating, communicative and prompt in rectifying those issues.We loved the location! There were 3 beaches within 20-30 minute drive, and great shopping in the same reach. "Great house for family, great heated pool, but just not a lot of stuff going on around that area we had to keep driving about and hour or more just to get to areas that had alot of tourists shops yes I understand the hurricane wiped out a lot around those areas it’s slowly coming back. Even that I still would rent that house again and look forward to it. "

"Property was very clean. All essential items on the property worked fine. One missing item from the property and that was the space heater. Understandable considering there is normally not a huge call for such an item in FL! Owner/manager was responsive when contacted. Would not recommend this property for anyone with any mobility disabilities due to property layout. This property met my needs for a week visit(well close to a week) to my parents. For the price it worked just fine. ...
