Excellent hotel, close to airport. We have stayed just overnight, we were very satisfied. Shuttle does not operate on Saturdays and Sunday before noon; taxi was 20 euro each way.

My phone was displaying weird and 4 stars was the most I could display. I would have selected 5 star for cleanliness. Bed was super comfortable and the place was big for the two of us. Felt kinda like an apartment, rather than a hotel. Seemed like a super safe neighbourhood. It was about a 20 min walk to the nearest bus stations, no big woop. Then about a 30 min bus to The Grand Place, where we spent most of our time. I recommend this hotel as a good, clean, spacious, economical option. ...

Staff were very friendly and room was lovely.

Très belle hôtel propre et confortable

Excellent hotel and perfectly situated in the city centre.

Excellent front desk staff super friendly and helpful. Keep it up. Thank you.

Belle chambre propre et tranquille. Petit déjeuner varier avec beaucoup d’options et très bon.

The staff was super nice and accommodating. The rooms very clean and luxurious, and the hotel was located in a neighborhood which offers a flavor of local living (not many tourists). All in all, we had a fantastic time.

Modern and nice

Arrived very early so checked bags. They gave me a temporary key to access the hotel washrooms. Staff were very pleasant and helpful on checkin. Provided upgraded room with view of the inner courtyard. Asked for electrical plug converter and it was loaned at no charge. Was offered purchase of breakfast but declined. Room was spacious and comfortable. Area is good with restaurants nearby. Metro station is 2 blocks away. Excellent experience.

Brand new property. Amenities were fabulous. The guest experience manager Ismael went above and beyond for us. All staff were friendly and very willing to help any minute

Amazing seven-day stay! Good front desk service. Busy breakfast area, but good selection of breakfast foods. Close to EU building, local metro and Cinquantenaire Park.

Would highly recommend this hotel! Location is in fashion district, very safe and easy to walk to city centre or take the metro to Brussels Midi station. Rooms were spacious with great view, bed was comfortable and well equipped. The spa and gym amenities were fantastic, I’ve never had such a great experience with these at a hotel for the price paid. Really good value hotel!
