Starting with parking. It’s a very long hike from the parking lot to the front desk. Front desk is located up a huge flight of stairs once you get in. The elevators floor numbers are worn off the elevator and lighting throughout this facility is the worst ever. Whoever designed this and put a Radisson stamp on it should lose their job. The bathrooms are painted Flat black (poor color choice) the lighting is virtually non existent in the rooms. The mattresses are worn out, the pillows are no larger than a throw pillow for a couch. The numbering on the thermostat is so tiny you cannot read it. (I own an AC company and have never seen construction so cheaply done as it is in this Hotel). I do know construction. We have stayed all over Europe and will never again stay at this hotel.

The property is near a bus stop and is 15 minutes walk to Diegem train station, 3 stops to the city center. I love that the neighborhood is quiet and there’s a convenience store nearby. The food at the restaurant is pricey. Breakfast is not worthy. The room is clean. Front desk is ok.
