Brand new house so very clean. My only complaint is the fact we were asked to take all our garbage with us or we would be charged 50 plus 10 per bag. We sweet told to go to the dump which was closed or take it to the food basics plaza and find a bin. We ended up putting the garbage in our vehicles and taking it home with us. Not ideal on a 3 hour drive.
