Very nice property and the owner very friendly

Awesome pet friendly hotel. Breakfast was amazing.

Fantastic experience!

The property was immaculate! The rooms perfectly clean. The breakfast staff was very accommodating and the desk staff were always very professional and friendly.

We thought there was a sitting are besides the table and chairs. Otherwise it was very comfortable, the mattress and bedding perfect. The kitchen had the perfect amount of things to do breakfast and light dinners. Very close to the beach and shopping. The courtyard was delightful!

Great stay, the location and property are in a great placed. Well maintained, great views from the room. Staff was rude - showed up a bit early and was told room wasn’t ready - not a big deal, they explained I would be called when it’s was ready. 2 hours goes by and no call. Finally just gave up and showed up, staff was rude about the situation stating that it was busy and didn’t have time to call me. It would have taken 30 seconds - not a valid excuse.

This is the best house for long and short stay. 5 stars super clean and spacious.

Everything was good but the hot tub had a lot of chemicals in it. We turned on the Jets and it made its cough.

Samuels is a very nice hotel. The staff are friendly and the view over the river was lovely.

The Port Albert Inn is a charming, country inn with modern amenities in a great location. From the very comfortable bed, great en suite to the individually prepared delicious breakfast. Highly recommend.

Enjoyed the personal service during breakfast.

Next time we travel in this area we wil certainly stay here againStaff was very friendly, the facilities are first class. Bathroom very clean and top shape . Bed very comfortable ,we could not find anything to complain about The surroundings outside are also very well looked after We head a perfect stay there ,enjoyed it very much as it also is close to the downtown And it's facilities ,

This is really one of the nicest hotel I have been to. Not in terms of amenities or luxury but just due to very friendly nature of the owner who is very accommodating. He will go out of the regular norms to make you comfortable and listen to your needs and make necessary adjustments. I chose this place cause it was cheapest but I would still go back no matter what just to meet the owner. I would recommend this place , especially for Asians as the owner is tooo good.

The Travellers Inn was was on the best stays we’ve had in a long time. We stayed in the King Suite and it was really beautiful and clean. The owners are super nice people and were very helpful in telling us where to go on my husbands birthday. We will definitely be staying here again!

The cottage was spacious and clean. Great place for family and friends to enjoy the summer
