In a very good location close to Victoria station but quiet. Check in was fast. The rooms are new and big enough and everything worked. It was clean and so were all areas we passed. Loved the shower especially. Breakfast was good with a wide selection. Have stayed in other Riu hotels abroad and love the group. Stayed one night but will certainly stay there again.

Loads of atmosphere in that part of town and convenient for West End and Kings Cross. I took the chance to use the spa which was top notch. Everyone was maxing on friendliness / seem to have a good set up. Would definitely recommend.

This property is spectacular!! A few steps to The Horse Guards , yet quietly tucked away from any noise. We stayed at many properties throughout London, and this is by far the most affordable historical elegance you will find. When we are staying with friends in London, we always stop in for coffee in the morning or a nightcap in the evening. "I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately my experience was disappointing. Parking costs £25 per day, which I found very expensive for guests staying at the hotel. The swimming pool also requires an extra charge of £5 per adult and £3 per child, which should really be included in the stay. ..."
