« We were very disappointed. Listing said no smoking.There was a sign stating that right above the ashtray. The room smelled of stale smoke and there were burn holes in the sheet. The bathrm was clean but the room was very dirty. I had to wipe down dressers before I put items on them.The rag was very dirty. I have a photo showing this. I wiped the shelf under the air conditioner and that one was black. The set up was unique. A code to get into foyer of house. Then through a curtain to your sitting...

« Extremely disappointing experience from start to finish. The property we originally booked was cancelled at the last minute, leaving my family and me with basically no choice but to accept the replacement accommodation they provided. I made it clear over the phone that I was only accepting it because we had nowhere else to go on such short notice.When we arrived, the replacement property was completely unacceptable.
